Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 July 2026

1. Who can use Treenwich

Accounts must be created and held by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over, who is responsible for the child's use of the service. By creating an account you confirm this and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

Keep your login details secure and do not share them. You are responsible for activity under your account. Please use a first name or nickname for your child's display name rather than their full name.

3. Free trial and subscriptions

  • New accounts get a 7-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription.
  • Plans are billed monthly or annually as shown at checkout (prices in GBP, including VAT where applicable).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time from Parent → Plan (via the secure Stripe portal). Access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Scholarship rewards

On eligible plans (School and 11 Plus; GCSE has no reward scheme), your child can earn scholarship rewards — gift cards requested through the in-app shop. A request is only possible when all of the following are met: accuracy of 85% or better over the last 30 days, practice on at least 15 of those 30 days (10 or more questions on each such day), and enough reward points, which are earned only through correct answers. The monthly scholarship fund is capped at £10 on 11 Plus and £5 on School. Rewards are not granted for subscribing alone and are never guaranteed. Rewards are fulfilled by us after a request; XP and reward points earned in the app have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including not to:

  • copy, resell or redistribute our content or questions;
  • attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service;
  • create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or rewards.

6. The AI tutor

"Professor Pixel" is an AI assistant that gives hints and explanations. It can occasionally be inaccurate; it is a study aid, not a substitute for a teacher. Please supervise your child's use.

7. Content and availability

Our learning content is mapped to the England National Curriculum and common 11+ styles but is not affiliated with any school, exam board or government body. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Intellectual property

All content, questions and branding are owned by Treenwich and provided for your family's personal, non-commercial use.

9. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law (including your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law).

10. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time. Your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable 14-day cancellation rights, are not affected by these Terms.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will show the date above. Questions? Email yungqifr@gmail.com. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
